Puberty has been one of those topics that we have kept mostly secretive. Many of us had an hour health class, where girls and boys were split up and basics were taught. If we were lucky our mom’s might have had “a talk” with us but for MANY of us we were on our own.

About the event
Powerful Puberty covers this time of massive transition from a whole mind, body, spirit perspective. This class frames puberty as a natural rite of passage in life where our very brain, body and self is changing. The class is highly interactive where most of the learning is done through well designed “games” and “play” to bring the concepts to life...because no one wants to sit through a boring 4 or 6 hour class on puberty! The class is highly intentional and layers the information, which allows girls to go from a posture of being closed up and “thumbs” down on puberty, to one of being more open and curious.
