Cancellation Policy

SOLON POLICY UPDATE 2024 we ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services. Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made weeks in advance, all our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance. • Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 100% loss of deposit. • “No show” will likewise result in 100% loss of deposit. • Cancellation of an appointment prior to service will result in a 50% loss of deposit • 48 Hours’ notice is needed to reschedule an appointment in order to not loss your deposit. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide your service, however if we are able to a $20 late fee will apply. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients. If shampoo service is NOT requested, hair must be clean, de-tangled and somewhat product free. Our Stylist WILL NOT braid dirty hair. ONE ADULT Chaperone PER APPOINTMENT. If you arrive early, please DO NOT enter until it's your scheduled time. Our salon is a child friendly space so please be mindful of telephone conversations. We rarely duplicate another stylist work; we will not change style mid-way. Before service begin please communicate clearly with the stylist, desired size, length, bead colors etc. We try to keep our website updated however if you have a " unique or specific" style in mind that is not listed on our site you MUST send pictures of the sides, front and back prior to booking appointment for pricing. If for some reason you are not satisfied with service received, please make this known BEFORE leaving the salon. In the event of an emergency and we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we will give you as much notice as possible.
